Kauai Elopement Photographer // Kauai Adventure Elopement – Megan + Ethan

Megan + Ethan’s adventure elopement was maybe the coolest elopement ever! Getting to be their Kauai Elopement Photographer was a dream come true.

We were beyond excited when they reached out to us and explained their vision for their wedding day. They said they were wanting something really adventurous and off the beaten path, and were totally open to suggestions. So of course we were stoked when they picked this epic location in Kauai for their adventure elopement!

They decided to do a sunrise elopement to get the best views and most privacy, so we met up with them right before sunrise and started our hike. Once we got out to where they’d be exchanging vows, they changed out of their hiking clothes and into their wedding clothes that they had packed in their hiking packs!

Megan hung her veil in the trees while they both got ready in the middle of the woods, overlooking one of the most beautiful coasts in the world.

Once they were dressed and ready, we explored for a while taking photos along the way. We told them we can keep hiking until you guys find the right spot for sharing your vows. They for sure picked the most epic spot ever!! Right when they started exchanging vows, in the middle of huge mountains over looking the ocean, the sun started to pour over the mountain and it was pretty unreal. They got to share this moment with literally no one else around and it was one of the most beautiful things we’ve gotten to witness!
